Mine Strong is the only program that combines personalized strength and stretch-based movement, mental health awareness and workplace culture change into one program built specifically for mining teams.

The program consists of six 90-minute sessions over six months. This is typically delivered on site in cohorts of 25, with a maximum of 5 participants per consultant, so coaching stays personal. Both physical health and mental health are integrated into every session, starting with a clear baseline and building toward habits that hold.

Before Session 1, we run a site analysis and design phase so the program reflects how your site works: your shift schedules, FIFO/drive-in setup, workforce size and roles, current injury and leave data, and your goals for workforce growth. That way the program fits your operations from day one, without disrupting production.

No. Session 6, Habits That Hold, provides the tools to translate six sessions of learning and tools into practical habits that last, and participants keep their prescription on the Mine Strong app and a baseball card that fits in a coverall pocket.

We track your site’s injury and leave data, but the clearest signal comes from participants themselves. Across every team, the program is described as a real culture shaping experience that improves team performance.

Demand for workers has never been higher, and skilled talent has never been harder to find.  To attract, recruit and retain the workforce of the future, mining needs to meet people where they are. That means providing tools that help people feel supported and cared for, on and off the job.

No. The program is built for everyone, regardless of fitness level, and we provide the equipment needed. Every participant leaves the program with a tote bag containing resistance bands and a lacrosse ball for ongoing use with their prescription.
